As I began to read, I wondered if this was a self help book, a romance or a mystery. To my delight, The Happiness Cure is all three in one. Ms. Eliot effortlessly weaves the plot in a manner that makes this book difficult to put down. Like sipping a glass of lemonade on an exotic beach, I didn’t want this book to end. Turns out that like many of us, Kairi had her Happiness Cure right in front of her but couldn’t see it. I won’t spoil the ending but I assure you The Happiness Cure is not only a very satisfying read but is the kind of story that will stick in your mind long after the last page is turned (or after you turn your Kindle off).
