The Wine-Dark Sea

(NAL/Signet 1983)

“I wouldn’t go to bed with you if you were the last man in Greece…”

From the start of the Greek tour, Lydia had disliked Nick Aristou’s arrogant ways. Neither his darkly handsome looks nor the fact he was buying the tourist cruise business she worked for gave him the right to assume Lydia was “company property.” Yet despite her anger over Nick’s attitude, despite the rumor that he might fire her, Lydia couldn’t deny the waves of desire his slightest touch awoke within her. Nick wanted her – on his terms. Lydia was determined to show him she couldn’t be bought – or conquered.
