One year ago in May, I was accepted into a program at the University of Metaphysics that put me on a path to receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Metaphysics, and also becoming an interfaith minister. I’m now not just able to offer metaphysical counseling sessions but also to perform weddings, funerals, and other milestone services.
I devoted last winter to researching and writing my Master’s thesis, which was an exploration of the differences, advantages, and disadvantages between using psychism and mysticism in metaphysical healing work. This has now been accepted by the University. “Congratulations on passing your thesis. Your hard work and dedication brought you to this exciting and rewarding juncture in your life.”
The University of Metaphysics is connected with the University of Sedona and was originally founded by Dr. Leon Masters, whose appreciation for metaphysics, inclusivity, and, especially, mysticism drew me his writings and his teachings. The University’s programs, the warm and professional staff, and the encouragement to developing my passion for metaphysics has made this past year richly rewarding.
Now onto the Ph.D.!
