Be Still, and Know is my current work-in-progress and a true labor of love. I regard it as a transpersonal exploration into the profound uses of stillness in healing, counseling, personal development, spiritual growth, and life. Originally, it was based on my PhD thesis (I received my doctorate in Transpersonal Counseling and the thesis was titled ‘Transpersonal Stillness’). The book is a practical and enlightening handbook for practitioners and laypersons showing ways to use stillness in work, play, and daily life.
