Imagine the curtains flapping in a gentle breeze and the sunshine enticing you out on adventure. Don’t go back to sleep. Go with the opening, the beguiling sense of something other—something beyond yourself taking you out of yourself. Invitations come in al shapes and sizes: an envelope, a whisper, a look, or a feeling. If you feel a delight and anticipation course through you as you hold the message in your hand or encounter the expressive look or you’re pulled by the sunshine onto the balcony, then trust that the invitation needs to you accept it, as much as you need to find out where it might lead. You don’t have to know the outcome—simply value and respond to the the invitation. This practice of saying ‘yes’ will further grow and strengthen your building blocks of happiness.
