Forest Bathing with Annabel O’Neill on CBS Morning Show
In May I had the privilege and pleasure of accompanying Annabel O’Neill on a Forest Bathing expedition that was filmed by CBS Morning Show and aired on June 8, 2018. There were many aspects of the wonderful day together that were marvelous, including being accompanied by two Berkshire Waldorf High School graduates, and the experience I’d never had before of being filmed by a drone.
Harrison State Park is utterly beautiful and so is the importance of being in nature – how it calms, slows, heals, and enlightens.
I think it is particularly wonderful to see “Paying Attention” to nature being so well-portrayed and valued in mainstream media.
