No gate can keep you out, nor let you through. Only you can do that. When you feel bounded by restrictions, rules, ‘shoulds,’ and blockages, imagine them dissolving into the freedom that is represented by a breeze traveling blithely – unrestricted by a fence or a rule. Realize that only you can open your gate — because it’s in your mind. You are the gate, no one and nothing else is.
