instead of feeling you’ve been left high and dry – bask in the sunshine.  

When we feel an urgency or a pressure to accomplish a task or we’re waiting for news, and we’re stymied or frustrated, or things are just not moving along as quickly as we’d hoped, we can either boil with frustration and pound our heads against the wall or we can take a deep breath, grow still, and let stillness sink into this moment, this breath, this ray of sunshine, this calm. You are free to choose, so which will it be? Vexation or bask?
