Stillness 4-15

keep to your purpose – no distractions allowed.

Being deliberate and determined actually allows for stillness and peace. It’s when we open ourselves to worries, fears, guilt, and insecurities that our purpose gets mired in self-doubt and we become distracted from the goal our soul has set in front of us. This is not a linear goal, nor a the success we feel when our ball flies into the net … it is the pure and peaceful unfolding of our purpose in being alive. How do you know what that purpose is? When you are calm, deliberate, and have a sense of well-being, you know it. Then you simply are your purpose, rather than trying to find it or chasing after it. Try not to let yourself become distracted by the rest.
