flap your wings a little.

It’s time to feel lighter! Feel all the weight and tension you carry in your neck and shoulders shift and lift. Wiggle and turn and stretch and release. Hear the rhythmic beating of your heart, notice the waves expanding in a great circle of light around you, spreading outward in all directions. Now feel the light settling in your shoulder blades, where your wings are. Flap them a little and feel uplifted. Blessings don’t always shower down on you—sometimes you have to expand into simply noticing them all around you.
