what are you really trying to say?
How many times have we learned that what we have said or heard is completely different to what we thought? We tend to respond impulsively or reactively, and we always hear what we think we hear, not necessarily what the other person intends us to hear. When we listen in silence, and respond from a place of stillness and quiet, the conversation shifts and so does our understanding – of the other person, ourselves, and the world in which we live.
