Just be yourself

It’s hard to say why ‘just being who we are’ sometimes seems so hard for us … we simply don’t feel as though that is enough. Shouldn’t we be doing something else? Going somewhere else? Be better at something? Be more helpful and active? It’s great to have goals and to want to become more of who we want to be … but that’s still just being more of ourselves! It’s a wonderful feeling to relax into knowing that simply being our self is already plenty.
