Open your wings

No matter how heavy you feel, you can still learn to fly. Open yourself to life. Spread wide your sense of purpose and wonder. Soar lightly from flower to flower, from star to star. From sorrow to joy and to sorrow again. Flutter between the stresses and encounters and delights. Touch calmly on the gloom and realize that this is life. This is experience. This is what we have. Embrace it all. Peace and joy is not something to seek but something we are. So is grief. Open your wings and fly through all of it, without judgment, resentment, or feeling stuck in it.
