there are so many ways to get out.
Look at a door, look at a window. See how easy it is to open them wide, breathe deep, and leave. Like a breeze, you don’t have to choose one or the other – you simply have to know that exits exist in order to feel free. We so often feel trapped–in a routine, or in something that feels like failure, or in concepts that no longer serve us, or in overwhelm. When you’re feeling stuck, listen to the loving voice that calmly reminds you you’re okay, lighten up, let the hard work of decision rest for a few hours, and come outside and play.
