open your parachute slowly – float down gently.
Stillness can show up in the briefest of moments. During an argument, for example. Or when we think we’re late. Or when we’re crushed by a creative block that feels like a great boulder on our shoulders. Feel stillness lift all that density and weight. Like a trusty parachute, it helps us to float through even stuck, murky, or rushing moments. Whenever we want to, we can imagine floating through a summer sky and landing on soft, springy grass that grows beneath our feet. Whenever we need it, our parachute of stillness is there – all we need to do is open it.
