would you like to soar today? 

When our thoughts spread wings, when they are allowed to rise up and glide on gentle currents of air, we find we can breathe in a great calmness. Getting perspective is a tremendously powerful practice. When we visualize soaring above our relentless to-dos, the details of daily living take on the story-book artistry of a tapestry. Seen as a whole, the parts don’t feel so overwhelming. In the great panorama of our lives, the worries and anxieties simply become color and form. Everything seems to fit together in a great landscape in which everything has its time and place. Soaring allows stillness to fill our spirit so that we can rise above our thoughts and see things as they truly are.
