Feeling harmonious is all about being in tune with yourself. Settle into your frequency. You can do this simply by humming, singing, or breathing deeply. Another way to do it is to activate and light up the different frequency rays of color inside you. For example, try feeling the pink vibration that surrounds your heart. Imagine the delicate pink of rose petals, or of a calm summer dawn, or the soft cheek of a baby. Feel a peaceful pink enfold your heart. When you are in tune with yourself, there’s nothing to forgive or struggle against. There’s only love.
